Nursery Ideas 2...

My favorites are the first three. I can't wait to hear what you think baby. :)


I think this is so cute. And I love the bold colors in it and feel they aren't too overwhelming. It would be fun to decorate the nursery around this.


I swear I didn't pick this because of the owls. I just loved the colors. I like these primary colors, as you can probably see becoming a trend through these pictures, because we can do so much around them that doesn't require us to follow a theme.

I really like how simple this one is. It would allow us to do whatever we wanted with the nursery. I know it's kinda boring in a way but I think that will allow so many fun accents.

This isn't really one of my favs...just wanted to feel you out about it. I'm really not feeling green for the babies room...it looks too much like moss....or fungus...lol

This one just seemed fun. A bit busy but just because it comes with certain sheets doesn't mean we have to use them. We could always do solids and use the bumper as the accent. Just a thought.

While we were out..

Today while I was out shopping for clothes, Summer made friends with the women at the Motherhood store. They let her play around the store and help them rearrange clothes while I tried on clothes. During Summer's play time with these ladies, she picked up a monkey. I came out of the dressing room to find them trying to explain to Summer that the few pennies she had in her pocket would not cover the cost of this little monkey she had attached herself too. I was planning on paying for this silly little monkey when the woman behind the counter proceeded to give Summer 7 Dollars out of her own wallet so she herself could pay for him. You can't imagine the smile on Summer's face knowing she could purchase her monkey ALL on her own! And the woman refused my money in return. She said "if I hadn't of wanted to do it, I wouldn't have." And so Summer made her first purchase all on her own. She came over to me afterwards and said, "Mommy, I didn't buy this for me." So automatically I thought she had bought it for the baby. She then said, "I bought this monkey for Tom. Remember how much he likes monkeys?". At that moment, I lost it in front of everyone in the store and cried all over Summer. It was the sweetest and purest example of love I think I have ever experienced. She loves and misses you so much. Here's a pic of her and "George".

Rio!

Summer and I went and saw Rio tonight. It was cute. Lots of great music that kept our booties shaking through out the whole movie! We had a nice little girls night. After the movie we went to Wings and Things and got a boat load of Teriyaki wings to share. Oh so good. Yummmmmm. Then we played a round of baseball in a pin ball machine. Summer was kicking my butt! I would have gotten pictures but of course my phone died. :( Kinda allowed me to focus on everything we were doing. :) She also ate her apple sauce through my straw. Her spoon fell on the floor and we never saw our waitress again so we improvised and had fun doing it. Great night. Wish you could have been here with us.

Girls Weekend HHI

 Here's a few picture's from our girls weekend. There are a few from the cabana, beach, out to dinner, and kayaking. We had a pretty awesome weekend. I wish you could have been there with us! Even though you would have kicked are butts during kayaking. Two hours really did my arms in. LOL

I love you and support you whole heartedly and I promise to keep trying to aid you and be by your side through this. But please remember, ultimately, God is by your side. He will get you through anything. 

Summer at the Drs....

Summer was put on a nebulizer at the doctors. She has to do the breathing treatment every four to six hours. I have to put this medication in the tubes and she has to sit and breathe them in for a good 15 minutes. I have to even do it when she is sleeping. But luckily I have a mask I can put on her which means I don't have to wake her up every four hours. She's also on steriods for the next five days. Poor baby.. I hope this treatments knocks it out. Her temperature has been around 102 all day. Selfishly, I'm semi nervous about myself. Mainly because of the baby. I don't want to get sick.. I see the doctor on Monday for my fourteen week appointment so I plan on talking to them about it if I feel any symptoms. Not gonna screw around with getting sick. Summer's been a trooper. She takes her medicine and does her treatment like a big girl. I'll have to treat her to icecream once this cold has been kicked. :)
